EDWARD F. SEIFERT, PE, PRINCIPAL

A graduate
of the University of Illinois and a Registered Professional Engineer in the
State of Illinois, Mr. Seifert joined Intech in 1983. In charge of all aspects of Intech’s engineering operations and
services, his considerable experience in the planning, design, and construction
of municipal, residential, commercial, and institutional projects is
supplemented by previous employment as a Chief Resident Engineer on such
diverse, large scale construction projects as sewage treatment plants,
interstate highways, railroad bridges over navigable rivers, and the evaluation
and reconstruction of sewerage systems for various communities.

THOMAS E. FAHRENBACH, PLS, PRINCIPAL

professional Land Surveyor in the State of Illinois since 1973, and educated at
Chicago City College and Northern Illinois University, Mr. Fahrenbach has been
engaged in land surveying and construction activities since 1964. Since joining
Intech Consultants in 1974, he has been in charge implementing its surveying and construction services.
1987 marked the year Mr. Fahrenbach led in Illinois Professional Land
Surveyors Association, an association comprised of over 800 Professional Land
Surveyors, as its President; 1989 through 1992 marked the years Mr. Fahrenbach
served his Profession as Co-Chairman of the Association’s Ethics and Practice
Committee; Currently Mr. Fahrenbach
serves as delegate to the Associations Board of Direction, Member of the Ethics
and Practices Committee.

MARK S. STIMAC, PLS, PRINCIPAL

Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Illinois since 1980 and educated at
Mid-State Technical Institute in Wisconsin, Mr. Stimac has been engaged in
surveying and construction since 1973. Since
joining Intech Consultants in 1985, Mr. Stimac has been responsible for the day
to day operations of the surveying staff. Mr.
Stimac has served the Illinois
Professional Land Surveyors Association through membership on the State Board as
Delegate and currently Chairman of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee,
Chapter Secretary and Past President of the Chicago Chapter of that Association.
